Order Acknowledgement

Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase will be emailed to you.

If you have a PayPal account you can login to your account at PayPal to view details of this transaction.

Upon receiving your order I will send you three different email messages, the last one will be sent the day your order is mailed.

Customers using Yahoo or HotMail email accounts are advised to check their Junk/Spam mailbox for order acknowledgment messages if you do not receive it in your IN box. Often these services wrongly divert legit mail into these mailboxes.

If you do not receive a message from me acknowledging that I received your order within 72 hours please return to my web site and contact me, see Contact Link on the top menu. Sometimes the internet does not work as well as it should and E-mail messages get lost.

Please Note – Metal mailboxes that are exposed to a hot sun quickly turn into little ovens and extreme heat, or sub-freezing temperatures lower than 5F, may kill the living Kombucha cultures. I will replace for free any culture (excluding cost of S&H) that may die because you did not heed this advice. Please do avoid having the cultures delivered to an address that may result in them being cooked or frozen solid.

If you wish to change your mailing address to avoid the above conditions send the alternative address to me. If necessary you can also easily go to the USPS web site – www.usps.com – and place a free “hold for pick-up” request to have your mail held at the post office for personal pick-up.

If you have a PayPal account and recently had an address change and have not updated your PayPal account send me the new address. If there is no address change there is no need to send me a message.
