Check Payment Order Page
I will accept your personal check or money-order (only U.S. or Canadian) in payment for your Kombucha cultures. Simply write out your personal check, or obtain your money-order, and then take a CLEAR cell phone photo of the check or money-order. Send the cell phone photo to this email address along with your mailing address and phone number:
Be sure you send it to the correct address with a dash between the word "mail" and the word "to" (mail-to)and a double letter "a" in our company name kombuchaamerica.com
A computer scan of a check or money-order can also be sent to the above email address. You may also fax us a copy of a check or money-order. Fax number is +1 (815) 550-2799.
You order will be sent as soon as possible (with full instructions to make the tea) after receiving the check/money-order photo, usually the same or following mail day. You will be contacted by Email when the order is received.
It is highly recommended that you send a photo to me otherwise it may take a week for the payment to be received if you otherwise just wish to mail me a check or money-order without sending a photo of it.

In the event that a check payment is returned unpaid for Insufficient Funds, You understand and agree that the original amount plus a return item fee of $25.00 or the maximum allowed by law will be electronically debited from your bank account when funds become available in that account. In addition you agree to pay any and all costs, including attorney fees, if it becomes necessary for me to take legal action to recover payment.
Make the check/money-order out for one of the following amounts depending on how many cultures you wish to purchase. Note the difference in price between U.S. orders and International orders due to shipping costs:
